D300和D3即將開賣，Nikon迫不及待公開兩部相機的使用者手冊（User's Manual，就是大家不會有耐心看完的說明書  ），讓大家先睹為快，兩本說明書為PDF檔案格式，英文內容（中文版肯定要再等一些時間），D300一共有448頁（檔案容量：15.4MB）；D3有472頁（檔案容量：17.3MB），有興趣購買D300或D3的朋友，可以率先下載回來研究一下。
